A woman’s body changes drastically during the nine months of pregnancy and beyond—so it’s important to exercise throughout this time. The workout changes with each trimester until the third, when exercise consists of only stretching and breathing.

After the body has endured a number of decades, ones workout must be altered to avoid ailments, and injuries. Exercise should still be challenging and intense, but modified from when the body was more resilient.
