I started training with Karey in October 2010. Kerry brings amazing energy and motivation to every session. She pushes you to work hard, and get the maximum benefit from your time with her. Karey brings an amazing knowledge of human physiology to her workouts, and she emphasizes form in every single movement. You become immediately aware when you are working with her that a slight variation in your body position, or the way you hold a weight, can make a huge difference in the results of your workout. Kerry teaches you form and technique that targets your muscles to get the maximum benefit from your workout. The big thing is that she teaches positioning so that the core is always engaged in the work out. This has the dual benefit of building your core strength, which supports your body, while working other key muscles, and prevents injuries that are easy to get if you work out with improper form.

Since working out with Karey, along with proper diet, I’ve lost ten pounds. My posture and core strength has improved, and I’ve noticed improved muscle tone and definition. Most importantly, I bring Karey’s technique into other areas of my life – when I take spin class, I keep in mind Karey’s tips on form and that helps to prevent potential lower back, neck and shoulder pain that can be associated with spinning. I also keep Kerry’s tips on form it mind when I’m sitting in my desk chair for long hours, and it helps to prevent lower back pain and stiffness that I am prone to after long hours of sitting at my desk.

Training with Karey has made a huge difference in my life, and I always look forward to training with her because I know at the end of our session I’m going to feel and see the benefits. Thank you Kerry for making a difference in my life.
