I’ve been working with Karey on the stability ball for 8 months now. The first time I tried it I thought it was fantastic, and I still feel like that today. I’m 49, I’ve been athletic and active my whole life, had children, and been through an early onset of menopause. Suddenly your body changes, and with that how you exercise should change which is why Stability Ball is perfect because it is low impact, and has a major focus on the core area.
Stability Ball exercises will give you a very intense workout on a low impact level. I look forward to training with Karey each week, not only because of her wicked sense of humor but how she takes the time to make sure you are getting all the benefits from the exercises. I quickly saw the difference in how my body changed; my posture has improved and I can see a notable difference in how I automatically correct myself when I’m doing part of the exercise incorrectly.
