Karey has taught me the importance of bringing together the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of working out. The breathing, stretching and alignment techniques that she has shared with me have made my other workouts more effective and have become part of my day-to-day life.
After the first few sessions I began to look foward to them as the most interesting and enjoyable workouts of my week. I have had other trainers but Karey really listened to what I was looking for and was able to design a program that incorporated her expertise with my needs. She knows instinctively what motivates me and keeps me focused throughout the workout.
An hour with Karey is physically demanding, meditative, spiritually rewarding and it recharges me for the rest of the week.
