Make a Healthy Lifestyle, a Part of What Defines You.
“Nobody gets outta here alive. We all have the same fate, same destiny. One day you will have to give your body back to the earth. That’s why living is so amazing!”
You can save as much money as you’d like for a comfortable life in your older years but if you can’t get your butt outta bed it’s not going to matter how much money you have. You’ll have to spend it all on a really cool mobility scooter!
So invest in your future—physically.
Pre-Natal & Post-Natal
A woman’s body changes drastically during the nine months of pregnancy and beyond—so it’s important to exercise throughout this time. The workout changes with each trimester until the third, when exercise consists of only stretching and breathing. This preparation helps with movement, labour and controlling sciatica issues. After the birth, a woman’s body will return back to normal quickly because of staying connected to ones’ body throughout this special time.
50yrs and Over
After the body has endured a number of decades, ones workout must be altered to avoid ailments, and injuries. Exercise should still be challenging and intense, but modified from when the body was more resilient. “With age comes wisdom”….your physical activity should demonstrate this.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Accept that you are aging with every minute. Instead of getting upset at this fact, prepare your body to withstand life and time. With regular strength training sessions combined with flexibility workouts (such as yoga), you can keep your body in good shape for your entire lifetime, rather that just until your mid-life. Whether you’re just beginning to train your body, or if you’re in great shape—maintenance is important. Those of us who are lucky enough should be able to work out until the day we die.
